HOOKED THREE STEELHEAD  ON THE CHUCK,ONE THURS,TWO TODAY.ONE WAS FAIRLY LARGE ,UNFORNATELY NONE WERE LANDED FOR PICS,HAD A COUPLE OTHER HITS,OH WELL BACK TO WORK  AND RE-GROUP FOR NEXT WEEK.

good day. ive fished it a couple times over the years and its been awesome. natives will be moving in there good this month

Boy do I miss the days fishing the Chuck! Remember big fish days in lake February and March. Big nats. and then it was OK to keep one if you needed one for the table. We are talking the 70s here. That stream has some big fish in it. Lots of fun Big fish in a small stream,fish jumping it the overhanging brush. I just have a hard time fishing it anymore going days without touching a fish or see anyone else touch one. Caught my first steelhead just above the store,a 12lb hen.Also caught my bigest downstream about 1/2 mile. Got spooled at the pipe line!

there must be fish in. there were people all over it today and car/trucks parked at every spot a person could..
hopefully people had some luck..
