I'd go archery.  Then you can fling a bunch of arrows at every deer you get to within a hundred yards of and still feel ok that they got away and that, that small amount of blood you seen was just a flesh wound and they will be ok.  Oh you can also snub your nose at every other hunter because you bow hunt.  Plus the truck stickers are way cooler for archers

There's nothing better than still hunting in September and early October in only a T shirt!

Heck ya!  I have lightweight gear just for those hunts.  I am freezing cold when I head out first thing.  If you are comfortable when you head out before dawn you are in big trouble come 8am.

Really?  Hmm.  I admit at least with modern You can put your crosshairs on every pumpkin in the clearcuts and fling bullets 999 yards with an old 30-06!  Shoot at brush moving and sit in your truck all day on a hill getting drunk until the Warden busts you for having a shell loaded or shooting from the front seat.....  Then if you get lucky you can tell the whole world what a great hunter you are while sitting at the bar as your gun is stolen from your truck in the parking lot!
MAGA!  Again..

I like having road hunter in late archery season on the east side. They keep the deer In the steep and deep were I am. Once they see a buck they jump out of the truck and chase them to me!!

Just a little sarcasm.  I didn't take kindly to the archery jab thrown!  We should not trash each other or other methods as we are all hunters trying to enjoy support, and continue to hunt.  I have seen bad apples under all trees; so to speak.

It's a no brainer

So, I guess we're sticking with this answer then??
