I like your guy's thinking.  I hope this works out for you.

Our camp has been doing the same thing for over 30 years.  I married in.  I think we are different from others as each generation hunts.  I think what you guys are facing is what WDFW is trying to overcome, no new hunters coming into the ranks.

Good luck in your search, I applaud you for your effort to keep the tradition going.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Just to expand upon our request .....we are attempting  to recruit interested parties to join us in an elk hunt in GMU 340 (this season with a move to another GMU, if desired, in the future). We will attempt to contact all hunters who reply to our  inquiry. We are in a transitional year  and are seriously trying to recruit for both this upcoming season and future seasons. We appreciate the responses that we have received so far. This is a fun camp and our emphasis is having an enjoyable camp and hopefully we see some elk targets.

I'm retired Boeing, Quality Engineer. I love to cook and have a setup with 5 burners and a BBQ. And I love cigars, I just got back from Taco Tuesday and out local Cigar Bar and Lounge. I'm a Perdomo fan.

Thanks to everyone who has posted and/or has sent PM's. We have had several promising responses and will try to get back to everyone as soon as possible. In order to answer your questions fully and efficiently, please PM me your contact information........a phone number is preferred but an email address will work.

As stated, we think we have room for 1-2 hunters this season and probably up to 3 in the future. If you provide contact information, we will be able to contact you directly once we determine how many openings we have. I will reply to all who provide contact information.

Again, we really appreciate your responses and interest in hunting with us.
