Prescott unit 149 cow tag

I like others here applied for a 65 & over Cow tag in the Prescott Unit. (149) I have not hunted that unit before and am asking for some help. There were only 3 tags drawn for this hunt?  I have time to scout and search but would welcome any and all help. I'm unable to hike long distances or work steep canyons due to physical restrictions so finding some critters reasonably close to the roads or Atv trails would help. Is this mostly farm land and if so can one gain permissions to hunt? Where r the elk in this huge unit? Thanks http://hunting-washington.com/smf/Smileys/default/dontknow.gif

For a cow tag I would look more at the snake river breaks.  There are a FEW cows on the tree farm, but it's like 90% bulls, and you're a bit late in the game to get access.  Any chance the wind farm is letting people on?  There's elk out there...
