Also, while I was there, I went ahead and grabbed a Kindle version of the other book, seems like the printed version is made of gold!!!

Yes, thats usually from third party people trying to scalp, i cant imagine anyone buys those versions. I know i wouldnt!

Got my copy in the mail yesterday and read about half of it last night. Great book! I'll be doing some serious studying.
