I feel like there are better pull string dekes out there. Decoy dancer is what I have. Those are great wind dekes though.

x2 on Decoy Dancer they are the best pull string out there. The DNA decoys look interesting. The price doesn't seem bad for 22 with y boards. Big Al's is also another cheaper alternative for Silo's.

I have 3 of the WhipSplash by Decoy Dancer.  Good set up.

What they are using in this herban hunter film are the Winduk decoys with a guide box or a motor.  They are about $49 dollars if you just buy them and make a pulley system if you choose.  I also noticed in the video they install the wings backwards.  Not sure on the reasoning on that one.

Thanks for the input I have looked In to the whipsplash and it looks like a good product. I should have said that I already have a winduck and wanted to convert it to a pull string .

You can make your own pull string decoy. Not hard to do at all. 1 Alum arrow shaft, 2 arrow point inserts, 1 set of .270 cal cleaning rods, couple of inches of 1"x 2" hardwood, some rubber tubing and a used up large spool of fishing line, and some 20lb fire line and a snap swivel and a couple of eye screws, some corrugated plastic, an old piece of wood paneling to mount the guts too a 3" piece of 1/2" dowel  and a decoy. Assemble toy.
