Any bugles yet?

Spent three days scouting and not a peep yet. Water holes seem to be the ticket for 27th opener!
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

Weather change tonight in the Yakima country should inspire some vocals.  Fall evening temps are here.  Most have de furred this last week.

Heard a young bull the other day across the pasture trying out his pipes. He sounded pretty bad.  :chuckle:

Nope, but it wasn't for lack of vertical boot miles:chuckle:

I had 4 rams all decent walk into my camp the other evening.  Gf got to watch so it was pretty cool.
