Would luv to help you... I'm actually studding my male right now.  A couple things to chew on:

- you may be too late for this go around... ya kinda need to plan ahead and have things lined up since timing is everything
- if you haven't already, you should plan to get all the certs on the bitch prior to breeding
- depending on the registration there may be certain clearences you need to get in order to be able to register the pups.

There a really good breeder right there in the Stanwood area... Brassfire Kennel (I think is the name).  She has some awesome dogs and could probably give you a hand going forward.

Heck breed it with a standard Male Poodle, have you seen how fast them danged Goldendoodle's and Labradoodles are selling?  Them critters are the rage around Spokane it seems lately.  Personally I'd never buy one as it does not  seem quite right to be hunting with some dog with "doodle" as part of his name.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.

A reputable breeder won't put their stud near your bitch until you prove she doesn't have any STD's and all other health clearances are in place.....health clearances should be had before you breed a dog....EIC, Hips, elbows, CERF to name a few. Usually costs about $1000 in vet bills to get a bitch ready for breeding. This is why most AKC registered pups will cost you over $500. Pups will require multiple vet visits for dew claws, imunizations and check ups. Expect a litter of pups to cost you about $200 per pup if you do it the right way.....

You bitch passes on dsyplasia to all the pups, what good are you doing breeding the dog? There is a high level of responsibility that goes with breeding, just like the ethics everyone on this page promotes with hunting. Do it the right way or don't do it at all.....Just my honest opinion....Hap.

If you weren't so far maybe we could talk.  I have two male golden retrievers.  One is AKC registered (8 months) and the other is full blooded and about 2 years.  The 8 month old is light golden and the older one is dark golden.
