PathfinderJR finally got the video edited and up on Youtube for anyone who is interested in watching it.

I have also (as several of you suggested) written a version and submitted it to a magazine.  Much shorter version than is printed here though  ;)

Yes, lots of gopro.  PathfinderJR's iphone is a lot better than mine, so if the quality is any good, it's probably his phone... :chuckle:

Hey guys, at the urging of a lot of you on this site, I submitted a magazine version of this thread to Western Hunter Magazine.  Yesterday, I received my current issue in the mail, and they printed my story.  Just wanted to thank everyone for their support and encouragement.  You can't imagine how excited Pathfinder JR was when he checked the mail yesterday and saw this.
