Idk what the newest update is but I heard u can buy tags over the phone or online but I don't want to wait for tag to come in mail does anybody know the current update on the sales of tags

Heard on news that licenses are available by phone or in person.  Don't know if that includes tags, given the news people's familiarity with the subject, and don't know if in person means Olympia or a retail outlet.
