Boy do I miss the days fishing the Chuck! Remember big fish days in lake February and March. Big nats. and then it was OK to keep one if you needed one for the table. We are talking the 70s here. That stream has some big fish in it. Lots of fun Big fish in a small stream, fish jumping it the overhanging brush. I just have a hard time fishing it anymore going days without touching a fish or see anyone else touch one. Caught my first steelhead just above the store,a 12lb hen. Also caught my bigest downstream about 1/2 mile. Got spooled at the pipe line!
Take a kid hunting or fishing, Pass it on, it's not yours to keep!
