Got the meat all cut up Monday night, backstraps cut into steaks and in the freezer. Dropped the head off to Bugs and Bones in North Bend for a euro mount Tuesday night. Gave the heart and liver to a friend this morning. Dropping the rest of the meat off for jerky and pepperoni to B&E meats tonight.Looking forward to get them all back.
