She is okay. Just this rash all over her body, but she is a trooper and doing better.

So glad to hear she is ok. Also happy to hear you had a good time out there in the woods.

Sorry to hear about the kiddo, but glad she's doing better! It's too bad about the hunt, but it looks like you had a great time just being out there, and now you get to get excited all over again for late hunt!  :)

It was a great hunt for sure. There is one specific bull that has my number and he kept me busy, and made me work hard even to get close enough to "chat" with him. It was fun! I have photos and videos I will post up when I get time. I can't believe the heat the past few days, it was crazy.

"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter

Glad your little girl is ok! I enjoyed following this hunt. A late cow will be a great harvest too! Best of luck for the rest of your hunts this fall.

Good daddy. I hope you guys figure out what did this to her. Better luck in late November!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. We had to take my daughter to the dr again this morning. She had a rash come back last night and this morning she woke up in a ton of pain and it looked like she had measles or start leprosy, poor thing (my wife didn't like my descriptions lol)... Dr said another drug allergy. Could be the old antibiotics flaring up or the new round of antibiotics. But an allergic reaction.  Nothing to do but wait it out and call if it gets worse. Benadryl if it seems to itch and Ibprofin for her being uncomfortable and make sure she drinks a lot of water.

On a plus side, the good news is her ear infection is gone.

Thanks again for keeping us in your thoughts. She will be okay as soon as this crap gets out of her system.

:yeah: :yeah:

Nothing worse than having something wrong with your kid.  Hang in there man.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Yeah, it sucks seeing kids suffering, but she is good to go now. Had a doctor appointment this morning and she got the all clear. Just some minor spots left that will clear with time. Will shoot a pm over to you in the morning so we can get together soon. I will toss some info I have on a good place I know for westside muzzle elk... never know, it might help out.
