Law'n order grouse
« on: September 11, 2016, 06:27:39 PM »
Bringing law and order to grouse since 1962!
Sacked this ruffed midway up the Taneum ridge. Awful dusty and dry. Need a good rain. rather get up higher and find some blues.

Score in the Methow

Been a good grouse year. I've been kicking them up all summer. Shot at a bunch the last week and my hit % leaves a lot of room for improvement.
I did just finish a late snack of grouse breast and gravy though.

Dinner!
Beat that with a stick.  Cast iron pan, cooking on butane camp stove outside for the ambience.
Only thing missing is a tent and dirty jeans.
