What did the old 4 cylinder engine revving have to do with the bear?
not without a tag? But I used to hear that people used to shoot their bear then go get the tag. I think you can still get your tag throughout the season though.

For WA you can buy your tag throughout the season. In Idaho the second it is opening day you can no longer buy the tag.

And wasn't saying you can still shoot then go get the tag. Was saying bear tags are on sale throughout the season I think. Meaning he could if he didn't have his tag yet still get one.(tag that is) Don't know but maybe back in the day 50's-60's or so it was legal. No need for the attitude just know what I heard is all.But no not without a tag he can't at least not now days at least.
