"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter

Relax, guys.  The OP is from the Tri-Cities, but this was clearly not a photo taken in that area.  He is new to the forum.  Let's wait a bit.  I, too, really would like to hear the story.

3....2.....1.....  OK.  What's the story? :tung:

Outdoorskindaguy and I have some trail cams out in SE wa and have a lot of bear pics so last time we went out to check them we brought the fox pro to try and call one as I'm not sure how else to get one and that's what we called up. Funny thing was we weren't even sure about when the cougar season opened but luckily I had the regs pulled up in my phone from the night before so once we saw it at about 30 yards I had to dig my phone out and scroll through you know a hundred pages to find the right one to figure out if it was legal which it was. we got it on Labor Day. But pretty intense it never even looked our way. He must have been hungry I guess and got it sealed and to the taxi the same day worked out perfect. Full mount I figure i might never see one again so it'll be Money well spent. It really made my day. I know it's on the wrong thread but I'm a technological Neanderthal not sure how to post it on the other big game thread . 😬

really cool But pretty much the same as you did here though. Think the thread would be other big game thread then hit reply attachments and other options browse then ok or apply when done then post if your talking the pic that is.
Sure a mod will move sooner or later though.
Nice cougar though.

Congrats!! Was it alone or still with its mother?

Way to go. Congratulations. I like the part about consulting the regs. I am glad you posted here. I hardly ever check the other forums unless I see moved to....   There never seems to be enough time.

Great way to introduce yourself!
And nice kitty.
Only 2 defining forces sacrificed themselves for you:
The American Soldier and Jesus Christ. One died for your freedom, the other for your soul.

My rock,
He trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.
