130 antlerless help

I have a friend that drew this moose tag, sounds like he could use some help. Anyone have any tips? I can give you his contact info. Thanks!

Get ahold of the Columbia plateau wildlife management group and see if they have any land for you?

When does this hunt start?

I'm not sure but I believe he said October sometime until the end of November maybe?
