Snoqualmie Pass Area Bear Suggestions?
« on: October 17, 2016, 11:01:09 AM »
Hey Bear Hunters,

I have just one day tomorrow to head up to Snoqualmie Pass Area for a quick bear hunt. I have seen bears on Granite before, but it is pretty busy there for hunting in general. I am wondering if anyone has suggestions for nearby lesser traveled trails that will likely house some of the same bears.
I am leaving before 4 in the morning to be up on trail before sunrise.
I was looking at possibly going past Pratt Lake to the off trail lake area on the other side of Granite. I would love to hear any thoughts or suggestions as I am not sure how "taboo" hunting would be in this area.
I am a fast runner/hiker, love a rugged hike and do not mind packing out. Thanks!
