Where to mount Williams FP Legend peep on a Knight Bighorn
« on: September 17, 2016, 01:32:37 PM »
Okay... I purchased a Williams FP Legend and mounted it in the rear scope holes of my Knight Bighorn. My question is... There are three equally spaced scope mounting holes on the rear of a knight bighorn. You can mount the peep either using the middle and the front hole or the middle and the rear hole seeing as how the Williams FP legend only requires two screws to mount it to the bighorn. I've heard to mount the peep as far back as possible but mounting it on the middle and the front hole allow you to access the safety a little bit better and only moves the peep forward about a half an inch. Knight Bighorn guys with a Williams FP legend peep, what did you do?

In the back two holes - if you move it forward I think you are going to have a heck of time getting to the safety easily..

Mine are in the back...

Keep shooting muzzleloaders - They are a blast!!
