Anyone use this powder in a .308? What are your thoughts on its performance? I've tried blc2 but not very happy with the performance and it seems to be a dirty burning powder.
The best equipment in the world is useless to the idiot who doesn't understand it.

I have not tried that powder.  In the .308 both my dad and I use either IMR 4895 or 4198 with very good results, I don't remember the charge rate, I try not to use the memory, but I look it up because I have it marked in my Lyman book.  Dad had problems using blc2 pressures climbed and spiked rapidly in just 1-2 grains of powder, and if I remember right he was not even close to max load, at the low end.

I've not used it in a .308, but have used it in a 6mm BRX.  Similar burn rate to H4350, but a lot higher energy and and you can fit a lot more in a case as it's denser.  Can't say that I've tested it for temp stability either, as I kind of shelved that project for awhile.

Before I sold my .308 I'd ran about 24 lbs of Accurate Arms 2520 thru it.  It's cheaper than VitaVouri powders.
