@bango skank I think there is a tester in the Newport area. I believe @kfhunter has his info. I have a book if you need one( online pdf is out dated). Also I know several people around here that would be very interested in a class in Spokane area

Yeah I'm up north of Colville and would love to take the class too. That'd be awesome to have one put on up here! Hope you all have fun and learn a lot at this class!
May my presence go unnoticed, may my shot be true, may the blood trail be short.

On lunch break waiting for skinning/setting traps. Thanks to everyone for putting this on.  You folks (and Cabela's) have been fantastic!

Thank you to everyone who made the trip to Cabelas for the class today. The Spokane folks are probably getting home now. It was a really fun class and it's so good to see a great batch of new trappers out there. I missed most of the skinning and set making demos because it took a while to fill out paperwork for 70 new trappers. That's right...70!  Welcome to the club.

Boy it was a nice and "full class."
Karen and Bruce did a great job.
Doug and I help but Karen had it under control.
That size class needed four people to put it together.

We need more Instructors throughout the state, so if your interested in become one, contact George.

Here are a couple pictures of what it looked like.
1st is the class room and we had standing room only that is how many were there.  There was people standing to the right side out of the picture.
2nd picture is of Bruce outside doing a trapping demo while Karen corrected the trappers test.  The crowd was as big as some of the summer Rendezvous Demo's.

The newsletter will be out by the end of December with some more pictures of the class and a few comments about it.
JC   :hello:
