Nice, did it taste like concrete by chance? Is there a way to season the oven so it doesn't give off strange tastes?

 no taste of concrete or fire brick, during the curing processes I used only cherry wood for the fires and that seemed to do the trick

Yes, I need to make a long handled peel, welding gloves and singed eyebrows is not the answer  :chuckle:
