Review: Walmarts $14.70 Plano SE Bow Case

Plano #11630 SE Series Single Bow Case $14.70

Bit of a story & review here so..... I had just picked up a new bow this month and had been searching for a new hardcase.  Sportsman Warehouse & BassPro had a variety of hardcases ranging from $45 to almost $100, which was more than i was willing to spend.  So i was browsing the walmart site and noticed they had a Plano SE Bow Case for only $14.70!!!   It had 4.5 stars out of 5 which i was a bit skeptical about.  Especially since in the past i have posted negative reviews on walmart, which they never end up posting because everything needs to be "reviewed".   But for $15 i decided to take a risk.  So i ordered the case online Thursday because they said it would be available for pickup Monday - I was supposed to go hunting on Wednesday.  Come Monday i was supposed get an email confirmation saying it was ready for pickup.  By evening I still hadn't gotten the email, so i went to walmart to see what was up???  They searched on their computer and told me the delivery date was pushed back 2 weeks! Which they never even sent an email update about this.  It was simply not acceptable because i was supposed to leave for my hunting trip Wednesday.  Needless to say i was not a happy camper.  Anyways now 2 weeks later I finally got my hardcase today.

Now the entire process so far was a bit aggravating.   But upon receiving the case, it had set me at ease.  The Plano case seems solid and very well built - not flimsy at all!  The latches snap securely.  It includes bag of screws, 2 retaining bow straps, a spot to secure your quiver, and 3 slots for arrows.   It is archery season so their currently out of stock, but you can get on their "IN STOCK" email list for the item.  Over all the experience to get my hardcase was aggravating, but would i recommend this Plano bow hardcase - YES, especially for only paying $14.70.   Might take awhile to get it but well worth it IMO

That case if $50 on amazon, I should go buy one just to have an extra!

I've had one for years now it's cheap but gets the job done  I use a soft case in the truck so I can tuck my bow under the seat so tweekers don't have motivation but at home it goes in the hard plastic

I have the same one and have for years.  It has been beaten to death but still secures and protect the bow.
