65 percent let off
« on: October 17, 2016, 12:52:02 PM »
If it's already on here sorry.  When did the let off restriction get removed from archery regs.  Maybe I am crazy, but last I recalled it was max 65 percent.

Pretty sure it was over 5 years ago.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

I am not sure but it must have been a while ago, just about every bow is greater than 65% these days.

Makes sense.  I have had my bow for 11 years so never really looked.

Pope and Young changed their rule on 65% let off in 2005 or 2006 I believe. Not to many years after that Washington state followed their lead. Then a couple of years ago Pope and Young changed their mind on lighted nocks and Washington followed them on that also.
