These kind of ads always make me wonder what kind of champions the lines have.... Show, field, hunt test, trials, beauty, car shows, dock diving.....???

I think it's pretty obvious from looking at the add what the sire has done in trials.  Looks to me like he has several American Field Shooting Dog Championships under his belt, including the Chukar Championship.  Seems like a pretty nice Sire to me.

I wouldn't hold much stock in the Oregon SD win, after looking around and finding the judging panel. Consistancy enough in placements. Better than good chance for decent pups provided the dam is a solid dog. She contributes more than the stud anyway, bout 60 percent her and 40 percent him IMO.

What is wrong with the Oregon SD win? Did the judges get it wrong?
Good looking dog anyways.

No pedigree was one there the first time I looked or, my crap phone didn't show the images. $800 is a good price if clearances, hips and elbows are good on sire and dam. Also, heard some local breeders weren't testing for that skin disorder which has a cheap test. Can't recall what it is but specific to gsp
