Best boot grease?
« on: October 16, 2016, 07:12:57 PM »
I have been using Hubers for years and just ran out, worked really well but was wondering if there is a miracle grease that I didn't know about. What do you guys use and why?

I know a few loggers that like the Huberd's stuff.  I use the Obenauf's LP, mostly just because I have been using it for a while and it was recommended for the Goretex lined leather boots.  Obenauf's, Huberd's and SnoSeal (the three that I see around the most) are also made in the US.

Used Montana Pitchwax for years.  Use Kenetrek grease on my Kenetreks now.

Obenaufs because it's easy to put on, works well, doesn't soften the boot and lasts a long time.
