Badland packs
« on: October 11, 2016, 08:26:30 PM »
Finally bought the pack I've been wanting for a couple years but couldn't justify.
Bought the badland sacrifice. Never spent that on a pack, hope it's worth it.

Badlands are Good packs. I think you'll enjoy it. There are other options, however they are quite a bit more money.

I have spent some time looking at other packs, other brands.
It seems for what I do and how I'm built, this seemed to be the best bang for the buck.
Next year the girlfriend will get a new pack.

You will like the Sacrifice, very lightweight with good capacity, it has a lightweight frame so be cautious of heavy loads.
I just got a Diablo in the new Approach camo with the hypervent like the Sacrifice and really like it. It does not sweat
out your back. Lets see, I now have a old 2200, Superday, Sacrifice, and Diablo. Gear nut  Badlands will stand
behind any problem you ever have at any time, Great value for the buck.

The back vent system was a huge plus for me.
It seems capable of everything I want. I would like to get the bladder bag for it.

I really like my sacrifice.  It is a great pack with one problem.  It is the noisiest pack I have ever owned.  I have had it several years now.  Any several years ago I contacted badlands and they said send it back.  Well, I am finaly getting ready to send it back.  Not sure if they will honer the warranty but, kind of my fault for not sending back.  Kind of hard.  I don't use it during hunting season.  However,  it is great for short over night trips.

I've had a 2800 on my back for 5 years now and couldn't be happier.  I use it as a day pack as it only weighs about 5 pounds.  I've also taken 75 lb plus meat loads out on it with no problems.  I have heard great stories about their customer service but have never had to use it.  I have some of there clothing too and love it.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

I miss that pack, sweet venting system!! I sold it to my bro in la so it's still in the family. I now have a BL 4500 for friends and a vintage kifaru for me.

He's not lying.  Its literally the very first kifaru ever made :chuckle:

The sacrifice is a great pack. I have a dragonfly and my wife has the sacrifice and it seams like almost 1/2 the weight of mine and it does pack a good load

I've had my Superday for 6 or 7 years and have packed out a lot of game in it and on it. No problems!

I've had the Superday for many years. Never thought of it much as a game hauler, but a great day pack. How are you strapping on game? Any pictures?
