What are cat projected to go for this season? Fur prices in AK are down right embarrassing  :bash: I have never trapped for the money but its nice when it at least covers part of my gas  :chuckle:
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

The guy on the wild north gets guaranteed prices, is that a government subsidiezed fur program? And is that way fur prices are down because Canadians flood the market with thier subsidized furs?  :dunno:

That dude makes a killing on Lynx furs.

Even lynx prices aren't what they used to be but they are still good
Animals you can catch in pretty much any state floods the market so they're not worth a whole lot now animals that are only located in small areas and not a whole lot are caught in the broad scheme of things are worth more

Another small beaver with my trapping buddy. Water is rising with the rain and snow. Everything is much deeper this year. Haven't got any cat sets out yet. Had my sd card stolen from my cat cam so I may wait till bow seasons are over and not so many people in the woods. Furs will only get better

Just finished that trap and didn't have time to paint it. Didn't seem to matter to this beaver
