KWTH Field 8 produced a 7 man limit in 2 hours yesterday morning.
Had one land in the blind... Awesome day!

A couple of firsts for me today. Ended it with 5 birds, including a drake mallard and a widgeon. Both I see people bag on a regular basis, but not for me so I was stoked!



And it was nice out, great day to get out hunting!

Got a mallard drake today. But while going through a flooded field to get him, I stepped in a submerged irrigation ditch and soaked everything up to my chest and completely submerged my gun. Any suggestions for cleaning it and preventing rust?

I have done that before. Strip the gun completely and clean throughly and let it sit torn down to dry than reassemble
