Where da birds?

Lots of birds around in the right spots. Was actually surprised to see the numbers so high today. My daughter struggled at first, but finally said 'oh, I get it'  and smoked a nice limit alongside mine. Her first solid shoot on birds. She was even overwhelmed by some huge flocks of wigeon into the blocks,  and didn't know where to shoot.

I was in the Stanwood area yesterday doing some scouting. Nothing flying. There were a few birds in the treatment ponds. Made me realize it wasn't worth going out today

We hit a bunch of snows yesterday afternoon.  They are jumping from the bay to the La Conner/ Mount Vernon Flats.
Only when the rain was hitting and wind was picking up....

There are tons of birds in my area. More then usual.

There is actually a decent amount of birds but they aren't flying with this warm stagnant weather we're having.

Nice.  Looks like a fun one.  You know you can take that sticker off the stock.  Those are put on by the factory to be removed by owner.

Then you would have to pay for another sticker?  I just use the 870 so that's my buddies who is going to be a Dad towards the end of the season so he is getting ready to act boring.

Nice shootin America. Knew you had it in ya. Probably out shoot the ol man on the next trip.
