Finally got in close and hit the mark with my bow

Got number 1 for the year finally.  It was a special one for me since I have only seen a few of these things in Washington.

Walking.  This was number 8 for me in the last 3 years :-)   I sometimes use the Guillotine broad heads and go for the neck which is awesome

I use aluminium, and no don't break to many.  The neck shots with the guillotine broadheads usually require a blade or 2 replacement if I hit or not.  I also don't get many shots because they see me and fly off.  I am going to make some flu flu arrows this year and see about some air shooting.  This goose with thunderhead 125 and a few in the last couple of years were pass through and into the soft ground.

That's nothing, I shoot teal on the wing with a recurve I built from scratch.

Nice shootin, you must have many missed stalks for every shot.

Congrats, that's some challenging sport!
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
