I voted for someone in whom I believe is a good man and an American who believes in liberty.

So did we.
I was a lesser of two evils, block the more freedom hating platform party voter.

Both parties are subjugating us. There is no "lesser".
Last 16 years, with the past 8 in particular have shown one to be slightly outdoing the other.

One party worked hand over fist to get their choice the nominee against the will of their voters.  The other did the opposite.  That's all that need be said on the topic of third parties.

Let's hope liberty and the Constitution win tomorrow.

You might consider the platforms of the parties and the differences in them. Although the candidates often don't always 100% support the platforms, they do agree with them. If you have not read what the parties stand for I encourage you to do so.

We invaded Iraq on lies and threw a whole region into chaos, just to sell tanks and planes. I don't care what the platforms of the two parties say. The true platforms are that "We promise to continue starting wars to support our masters and abet corruption at all levels of our government." This craphole needs to be completely filled in, not just one side of it. You guys know how I feel. No sense going over and over it. Thanks for the civil discussion.

That's why I went straight ticket.  The platforms of the fed and state parties and how they match issues is what I did.  If I was really into the other party's platform, I'd move to Europe or Canada (or Venezuela  :yike:).

I don't agree 100% with republicans, but I agree just about 0% with democrats.  Therefore the choice is fairly easy even though I don't agree with everything the republican party does. :twocents:
