Trapping oppurtunity Grays Harbor County
« on: October 26, 2016, 11:10:09 AM »
I have something of a pilot program involving F&W, Campbell Group and WSTA to allow access for trapping in the Elk River, Johns River area. I am looking for up to two trappers. I would like to pair an experienced trapper with someone starting out. You would not have to work together but you would have to coordinate and the experienced trapper would need to mentor the new trapper a bit.
Campbell Group has beaver problems in the area so their goal is to reduce the beaver population but you would not be limited to beaver trapping. Any furbearer you wish to trap would be fair game.
You would be provided with keys to the gates during the trapping season. Locks provided by WDFW so you would be working with them and we need a good job done so maybe this can expand into other areas.
If interested PM me, first come first serve.
