I've been carrying the same Glock 21 on duty for the past 13 years with zero problems.

My vote is for the Glock.

Ive shot both and prefer the Glock. nothing really wrong with the M&P I just like the trigger on the Glock more. Plus I think there is more out there in terms of customization and accessories for Glocks. I carry a 26 everyday, only changes I made were a 2 shot mag extension and Trijicon HD night sights. HATE Glock sights, swap them out immediately.

Glock has a good discount if you work in law enforcement or EMS.
