I took my handle off my trimmer and chucked up my
 cordless, this worked well.  Maybe everyone does this?

I have done that with my Forster trimmer.

Even faster is to chuck up one of the Lee cutter heads with the appropriate pilot in the drill press. The pilot is the depth stop, so you do have to size the brass first.

I started doing this in the 80's when I had a couple thousand cases to trim.  It also works good when forming cases and the new case is shorter.

Yep, I bought one for my husband for Christmas present and he loves it.  It was a pretty good deal compared to the other systems, and easy to use.

I skipped all of that after one time and went with a Giraud.  Best piece of reloading equipment I've purchased so far.

I use a similar method using "The World's Finest Trimmer" cutters that you insert into a drill, but they are kind of spendy if you have a lot of different calibers to trim.  But, boy are they fast!
