last day redemption buck
« on: November 03, 2016, 08:58:24 PM »
I missed a buck twice this size earlier this week but today was the last day to kill a deer here with a regular deer tag so I went out again after work this evening, 2-3 mile hike later all I saw was 19 does... Until I got within a 100 yards of the truck then I see a small buck looking right at me but in the brush, didnt have much light to judge off of so I just shot him. small 5x5 but I am happy with him and definately glad I got him in the end. Easy pack out too! bad pic tonight but I will take and post better one tomorrow.

Nice buck! Looks like in that steep of country, 100 yds from the truck is quite the blessing!
Just tend your own and live.
