In all my years, I've only had to send one back, and that's because I broke it. Not only did they fix it, they took it all apart & completely cleaned it, made it like new. Another time, I lost the lens covers for my binoculars. They overnighted two sets to me the same day so I would have them to go hunting the coming weekend.

True that!

Most of my service has been modifications to turrets and reticles.  I had lens fungus in my 12-40 GR spotter and sent it Monday and it was on my doorstep Friday when my wife got home.

I sent a couple binoculars for clean adj because they are 25 years old and wanted to do it while parts were available.  Told them to send bill, both completely overhauled at no charge.  One is a 10x40 I.F. Gold Ring and the other a 9x25A Gold Ring from when they partnered w/Leica.

I've had scopes have have issues after twenty years of hard use too and they get them back, fully repaired, within a week. Unlike another who will remain nameless, I have never need to send anything back multiple times.

Same experience w/Swarro & Vortex.  Fabulous post sale customer support.

Same old song here...sent in a 25 year old vari-x ll for repair and had a brand new scope on my front porch within a week.  Was not expecting that and for that service, I will never buy another brand of optics👍🏼👍🏼
