Looking good.  I got a Merriams in the roaster I got on my moose hunt this fall.  I love Thanksgiving.  A day of gluttony.  Swigging beer, watching football and eating until you fall over.  What could be better?

Cornish Game Hens from Costco. Smoked on my XL Big Green Egg.

My 8yr old was mad as he said we were messing with tradition as you are supposed to have turkey. I said we had mini Turkeys and it satisfied him...
