Blacktail sheds

So 12 years ago me 11 years old, my dad and my older brother 12 years old were hunting a clear cut for deer. While walking through my brother found a 3 point shed, (on the right). 12 years later this year I was hiking around in the same area. Now it's about 15 ft tall jackfirs. I found this 3 point shed damn near in the same spot where my brother found his. I think it's the matching shed. It's in a lot worse shape. What do you guys think??

Yeah! I couldn't believe it. After 12 year i would have thought that horn would have been completely gone

While impossible to say with 100 percent fact, I would be very confident calling it a match. Sun kills them, vermin kill them, water kills them slowly. I have several sheds in my yard that are several years old and were " chalk" when I picked them up. If they fall in a good spot and rodents pass them by its not inconceivable that it made it. It is very very similar. Regardless ,congratz on both finds!

Rodents dont get them all, and if it was protected from the sin theres no reason it couldnt be .  Looks like a match

If they get buried in the duff that collects under trees then they can last a long, long time with no significant damage.  You may have a match.
