Rest easy buddy
« on: November 30, 2016, 07:08:20 PM »
Good dogs are hard to come by. We lost ours tonight. 6 years old is far to young, but cancer doesn't care. You were one hell of a bird dog, family, dog, and well pretty much human. We will sure miss you around here Diesel. Was hunting with him just a couple weeks ago, happy and healthy looking. Friday he looked like skin and bones basically overnight. Started getting sick yesterday so we made the appt to get him checked out today. That turned out to be a 1 way trip. Have fun chasing roosters in heaven big guy!
This is the pic from 2 weeks ago

Sorry for your loss, we had to put our golden retriever down this summer. They are family and always forgiving! R.I.P Diesel

Sorry for your loss man, we had the same exact scenario happen to our Golden Retriever in October, seemed perfectly normal one day and then next skin and bones, hang in there.

Some great pics. I especially like the one with the little girl holding a shotgun and duck. Sorry for your loss.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

Really sorry for you and your family. RIP Diesel.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.
