I'd throw athens in the mix of those brands. They can be found a great price with a transferable warrenty

Shoot as many as you can. A bow that feels great to one guy might feel horrible to another. It's all personal preference. That being said, after shooting a bunch of new bows this spring, my 2 favorites were the Elite Impulse 31 and the Prime Rize. I ended up with the Impulse.  IMO it blew Mathew's, Hoyt and bowtech out of the water. The Prime was a close 2nd though
