Moultrie A 20 Trail Camera or recommendation for other brand?
« on: December 05, 2016, 05:24:25 PM »
Looking to pick up a couple more trail cameras while they're on sale this time of year.
Anyone have experience with Moultrie's A20 cameras?
Looking for something that's more on the inexpensive end as I use them on public lands, so who knows how long I'll have them.
Have also considered Stealth Cam P12.  Similar in price, but quite a difference in MPs between the two.

MPs dont mean jack.  Worry more about detection range, flash range, trigger speed and recovery time.

Browning strike force HD 12mp. Awesome pictures and great video. Had issues with a moultrie so I set a browning next to it and the browning detected at least 40+% more game than the moultrie. Just my experience with them.

I agree A5 is good camera.  Good enough I've had two stolen and replaced them with A7i's which I like as well.
Love God and try to be good!!! Phil Robertson

Really appreciate the responses!  At $60each on sale, the Moultries seem like a great deal.  Heard great things also about the Strike Force, but their considerably more expensive.
