boat needs polishing bad
« on: December 08, 2016, 06:15:52 PM »
My boat needs a full polish, 2009 and it's looking bad. Hard to believe but I keep searching and can't find person who does good aluminum polishing.  Any suggestions?  Thanks Mike

Aluminum is supposed to look like that. You use the boat for fishing or cruzing the blvd picking up chic's.

Looks like a fishin' machine. Get a v-drive if you want a shiny boat.

There is a place in Arlington but I would think there would be one closer to you.

Can't be that hard to do. I'll do it for let's say $800.00.

If that's bad mine must be beyond terrible. Bought in '90 I think, never done anything to the outside other than hose it down.

Says a guy that owns aluminium, that spends 50 plus days a year on the salt water and would rather have a cocktail and relax than worry about cleaning a shinny boat after every trip. Salt away, quick scrub and done. :chuckle:

I can respect that decision, however it doesn't necessarily mean it's "supposed" to look like that. ;)
