 :yeah: mustard is a terrible democrat sausce, unless its the sweet hot beaver mustard and only on pork chops before it goes in the shake n bake :drool:

Mustard is one of the few condiments that is healthy and not sugary or fattening. That with turkey or chicken breast is perfect lightweight protein. Or on a burger.
