Mmmmhhhhhmmmm.......... fer sherr. Can you pass the gray poupon? I'm weird though. I like random occasional condiments like cocktail sauce, horse radish, blue cheese, and other strange condiments on my burgers/sandwiches too. Call me progressive but I like trying new things. Get with the times you old foggies, it's 2016. Have you ever had a maple bar with bacon on it ? Life changing.
I see great things coming from you in the future.
A nice fat burger with some bacon and some blue cheese. Holy hell, pinch me I'm dreaming. No mustard on that gem.

It's also good in stew.

I'll tell you what though, mustard is a fickle woman.

You can give me about any dime store ketchup and I won't know it from the others. Mustard though... I've had some cheap versions of "spicy brown mustard" that tasted like trash and I can't put my finger on why.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

It all depends on how it's cooked....On the bbq/smoker then they get sweet baby Ray's, on the fryer they get either ketchup (catsup  :chuckle:) or goup ( mayo, mustard, relish mixed) and when I wanna mix it up I do this

Chili with an onion roll top hat does not a burger make.
