I made burgers tonight. Only put guacamole on it. Flame away in 3.2.1...

Should have added bacon and jalapenos......... :EAT:

(At least you didn't ruin it by adding mustard)    :puke:
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

The bacon was ground right into the burger     It had a big pile of caramelized onions on it, does that help?
I hunt, therefore I am.... I fish, therefore I lie.

I'll try almost anything a hundred times but my idea of a classic burger is with ketchup, white onion, and swiss on a sesame lightly grilled/charred bun. A little salt and pepper mixed in with the patty really does wonders. Hot dog is with yellow mustard, dill relish, white onion, and a little celery salt on a grilled bun. Open flame cooked.

Mustard helps stick the grilled pastrami to the burger and the pickles to the pastrami!  So I vote yes.

But there are too many burgers to give such a generalization.  Around here it's like Buford "Bubba" Blue - Mushroom burgers, black & blue burgers, bacon burgers, bbq burgers, turkey burgers, teriyaki burgers, avocado burgers, shrimp burgers, royal egg burgers, jalapeno burgers, pastrami burgers, stuffed bacon/butter burgers, deep fried burgers, Canadian blue buffalo burgers, taco burgers, porcupine burgers, Vidalia sweet burgers, PB&J burgers, pizza burgers, buffalo chicken burgers, nacho burgers, chili burgers.....not all are mustard compatible.

If at all possible I do like to mix mayo, ketchup and mustard for my fries, onion rings or crispy crowns.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

Sometimes there is not enough room for mustard!
