Decoys

What decoys are people using and having success with?
We are using a Mojo critter, I was just checking out other decoys, wondering if they are worthwhile? This would be for all kinds of predators but esp coyotes and cats.

When I use a decoy, I usually have coyotes sit on a hill and bark at it.  So I quit using it.

I've used one once or twice with success. Packed them many miles not to even set up,but yet I have a hole collection of them. Same with hand calls. It's like a addiction! The fun thing is on days like today trying to get the stake in the ground to hold the darn thing!😬

I think the best decoy I ever used was a fair sized feather on fishing line, hung it from a bush in the breeze. Used others with friends, deer fawns etc, never worked

I'm really thinking of getting the FoxPro motion decoy for my caller, more for coons then anything, but planned to use for dogs to.

If they hang up and bark, and you shut it off, is the set still blown?

I've got the fox jack on my Foxpro Shockwave. It's been GREAT! It really gets their attention on the call, and off me. Even when I mute the call, they keep coming. I've had to bark several to stop them from getting to the call before I could shoot.
