My dad and son both shot their Montana bucks within 100 yards of each other. First time out to Montana for both of them, and awesome experience to take them with me this year.
Last time my dad shot a deer I was my sons age. Fast forward 24 years and now my son is hunting with us. That feeling of pride and the enjoyment of this experience made this my favorite hunt to date.

Thank You, Just another crappy pic from me and help from Phool on the post process!  ;) That was a fun day hunting with Jr, he hikes like his old man and he was able to find the way back to the truck! I'd say hes off to a good start on his hunting career  :tup:

Last year got off to a good start for me on February 3rd, public land New Mexico Barbary sheep.
