Probably looking at $275 to $350 per bird, plus the display cost.  Should be an easy one to do for a taxidermist. 
Check out Avian Artistry by Leon Mathews in Tri-Cities or Seth Lane at Lane Wildlife Artistry.  Both good options for this mount.

I just made a recommendation to another guy on here about Whidbey Island Taxidermy. Matt Klope is the taxidermist and he specializes in waterfowl. I've seen his work - he does a great job. Here's his website:
