I don't have it, but those cameras have an imaging sensor closer in size to your 'Bamaphone than a DSLR. Along with your lens that is the primary technical determinant of image quality, although skill and technique matter more than either. With a smaller sensor you wont have that much control of depth of field if you like that shallow bokelicious look and your low light shots will be very 'grainy' from high ISOs. not sure what you're planning to shoot and how you want to shoot it but for $600 I can think of several ways I'd rather spend my money.  :twocents:
